Tips for a photo-ready home.

As a homeowner in the beautiful Tampa Bay area, it is important to always be prepared and ready for your real estate photography session. Not only will this ensure that your property is captured in the best way possible, but it will also allow your real estate agent to effectively market your home to potential buyers.

One of the keys to a successful real estate photography session is being prepared. This means that the property should be clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It's a great idea to declutter and depersonalize the space, so potential buyers can envision themselves living there.

In addition to being prepared, it is also important to stay out of view during the photography session. This will allow the photographer to capture the property in its best possible light and showcase its unique features. It's best to keep the space open and free of clutter.

The Tampa Bay area is known for its beautiful beaches, warm weather, and diverse neighborhoods. This makes it a great place to buy or sell a property. Real estate photos are a key element in showcasing your home, and the photographer will capture the unique features of your home.

In addition to showcasing the property, real estate photos also play an important role in attracting potential buyers. The right photos can make a big difference in how a property is perceived by potential buyers. A property that is well-photographed will stand out among the competition and attract more attention from potential buyers.

Overall, being prepared and staying out of view during your real estate photography session is crucial in ensuring that your property is captured in the best possible light and effectively marketed to potential buyers. The Tampa Bay area is a beautiful place to call home and real estate photos are an important tool in showcasing your home and the area. So let's work together to make sure your property stands out and sells faster.

Ok, I am geeking out a bit here… I love doing real estate photography for happy realtors and renters. Sometimes, though, I wish the weather would be a bit more cooperative to help highlight the home. In the past, I have offered sky replacements at a fair price, but even that is more than some folks want to spend, and I totally get it. Here’s the great news! The latest advancement in my photo editing software takes this formerly time consuming task and makes it a breeze. As a result, I am so happy to announce that all sessions will include sky swaps whenever needed at absolutely no additional cost! Pretty sweet, right?? What’s included?

Laurel Vista Way5.jpg

When you purchase real estate and aerial photography from me, several things are included. First of all, aerial photography is included in all my packages. There is no upcharge for me to fly the drone, it is a standard part of what I do. Many other photographers have a significant upcharge to include drone photos and video. I provide you with a handy checklist to help prepare the home for pictures. You will get photos that are sized to go on the MLS. You will receive aerial pictures with the house clearly marked either with an arrow. When I create a listing video for you, I will provide branded and unbranded versions. I will also host the videos on my YouTube page if you just want an easy way to link to them. Is that a lot? You bet it is!

Why did you choose to shoot real estate & aerial photos?

MAX_0022.jpg

This is the number one question I get when I’m on a photo shoot with a real estate agent. Why did you choose to be a Tampa real estate photographer? I will tell you, it’s because it’s exciting. I truly feel that excitement when I hear that a property I did listing photos for has sold! Truth be told, I subscribe to alerts from a couple of real estate websites, so I can be notified. I take every project seriously, and treat the photography with as much care as if I were using the photos to sell my own home!

On the aerial photography side of things, what can I say? Piloting the drone is fun! It blows my mind how great the camera is too. The photos and videos always look so good, that I have a hard time not overdoing it. The perspective from above is amazing, and as a bonus it has helped me get over my fear of heights! Well, mostly.
